I think cashman will throw a bucket of cash at him. We desperatly need to solve the 1st base problem and he is also trying to bring the age of the team down so Tex fits the bill perfectly:thumbup:

Billy Beane will do all he can to move on Huston Street for a good deal.
There's always teams on the lookout for a good closer. Just don't tell anyone that Street seems to be regressing instead of progressing ok? ;)

Some guy posted the full list on the Oakland A's fans forum.
I'd post it but it's pretty big.
Any particular position you'd like to see in depth?

A few big names their, the interesting ones for me are:
Catchers-Veritek & Pudge
1B-Delgado, Sexson, Teixeira
2B-Kent, Garciaparra
3B-Blalock, Crede
SS-Furcal, Renteria, Omar Vizquel
LF-Burrell, Dunn, Manny
CF-Griffey, Edmonds
RF-Abreu, Vlad Guerroeo
DH-Giambi, Big Hurt
P-Burnett, Clemens,Colon,Dempster,Garland,Glavine,Big Unit,Lackey,Lowe,Maddux,Pedro,Mulder,Mussina,Petti te,Sabathia,Schilling,Smoltz
Closers-Gagne,Hoffman,K Rod, Wood
RP-Borowski,Farnsworth,Foulke,Hawkins,Chan Ho Park,Rhodes,Timlin
I would say, big Vlad is the pick of the position players with Sabathia the best pitcher up for grabs

Lackey has a club option for 2009 so i wouldn't count him on this list.

I'm sure Mets have picked up their option on Delgado for next season! Out of that List I wan CC and Tex for a start. Would love Moose and Pettite to return:thumbup:

As a Tribe fan we don't have the luxury of picking & choosing players. As long as we keep a hold of Cliff Lee & Grady Sizemore I'm happy, also looking for Travis Halfner to get it going again next season.
From an Astros point of view Carlos Lee could stay healthy all season then who knows what they could achieve. Oswalt & Berkman are up there with the best pitchers & 1B in the game respectively.

Will be a few years to restock the farm. I think we are in a much better place this year due to not trading it all away last year. If we could convince Moose and Pettite to return we could have a rotation of CC Wang Moose Pettite and Joba with Hughes as 6 man! I would be happy with that if they could stay healthy! Would mean we dont have to give up the young guys. Bring in Tex at 1st and we can get by with NAdy, Damon, MAtsui, Melky and GArdner in outfield with JAckson as back up.
