Failed the physical as he may need elbow surgery. Thot he would be a good fit for Texas. Hope the guy recovers he is an ace when healthy:thumbup:

Poor guy..I saw this with the Mets in the early 90's..it was called Generation K...Bill Pulsipher, Jason Isringhausen, and Paul Wilson..all studs..they all blew out their arms...Same as Kerry Woods and now Ben Sheets..thats why you have to baby pitchers :thumbup:

It really is a shame from starting pitcher at all star game to this. He has amazing stuff when he is healthy. Hope he can recover from the op:thumbup:

Mark Prior just signed a minor league deal with SD I think....
he is still only 28 and has been done for years
