So what's your thought Rmonsta?

CC would be incredible, I think owe is passed his best & AJ is like Michael Owen - if he' fit he's great but very injury prone

If we get all 3 it will be amazing. Lowe may be past his best but he is a solid 200 innings guy and decent bottom of rotation. Would look solid with CC Wang Burnett Joba and Lowe

Olilie is a strange guy..he'll 3 hit the Yanks..then he can't get out of the first inning against the Astros..does it all the time..drives ya nuts ..But he does come up big against your rivals

I think cashman will wait for CC and while he does the other top guys will sign up and we will be left wi none of them. Perez might end up being a decent option. I can see Pavano back in pinstripes too!

Actually hope this one comes true...

"Jon Heyman of SI.com reports that the Yankees are close to signing Derek Lowe to a four-year deal worth between $68 and $72 million."

I preffer the idea of SHeets on a 2yr deal. Bring him in along with Pettite and u have a strong 6 man rotation with cash for some big bats. I guess they look at Lowe as being an inning eater!

article on the Yankees adding another pitcher. I do hope they sign Lowe or Burnett for 4/5 years

I just dont see the point in giving lowe and burnett 4/5 years respectively. We got Hughes and Aceves coming thru it makes more sense to go for Sheets on 2 year and Pettite on a 1yr. Still an extremely strong rotation with Hughes as 6th man. In a years time Hughes can take over from Pettite and we have a strong rotation to take us forward:thumbup:
